Agreement to Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify UI Master immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting yourself

Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to our website. By submitting content, you grant UI Master a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, perform, broadcast, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and improving our services.

Service Terms and Conditions
Project Scope and Deliverables
All design projects will be defined in individual project agreements that outline specific deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria. Changes to project scope may result in additional fees as outlined in our change request process.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a 50% deposit to commence work, with the balance due upon project completion and before delivery of final files.
Revision Policy
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as detailed in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges based on our standard hourly rate.
File Delivery
Final project files are delivered upon receipt of full payment. We provide source files in commonly used formats and may require specific software for certain file types.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall UI Master - Web Design Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the services.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Note: Termination does not affect any provisions which by their nature should survive termination.
Changes to Terms
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
Applicable Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through direct communication with our team. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
